About 90 minutes, moving through four phases

Arrive and ground – gentle breathing, coloring, or stillness to downshift out of fight-or-flight.

Expand - 10 min
Community connection – an optional, low-pressure share to feel seen without performing.
L
Listen - 30 min
Gentle yin yoga and body dialogue – noticing what's open, guarded, or asking for care.
T
Transform - 30-60 min
A sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong – deep integration and nervous-system reset.
